"утерянный" акционер; акционер, с которым утеряна связьREG акционер, которому регистратор/трансфер-агент не может направлять корреспонденцию и выплаты доходов, поскольку в реестре акционеров указан неправильный или устаревший адрес акционера; US согласно Правилу SEC 17Ad-17, акционер считается "утерянным", если корреспонденция, направленная ему по адресу, указанному в реестре акционеров, дважды возвращается регистратору/трансфер-агенту с пометкой "адресат не найден", и если регистратор не получает сведений о новом адресе данного акционера. В этом случае регистратор/трансфер-агент обязан в течение 12 месяцев дважды произвести поиск утерянного акционера при помощи имеющихся информационных систем (напр., по идентификационному номеру налогоплательщика - taxpayer identification number) в соответствии с процедурой, разработанной им для подобных случаев. Каждый регистратор/трансфер-агент должен ежегодно представлять в органы надзора отчетность с общими данными по счетам утерянных акционеров, а также хранить документацию, подтверждающую соблюдение требований Правила 17Ad-17 (в том числе описание процедуры, используемой для поиска акционеров) не менее трех летSYN:lost securityholderАнгло-русский словарь терминов по депозитарному хранению и клирингу > lost shareholder
